Privacy and consent.

This page describes the waitlist data collected for the Dragon Warrior First Edition launch and how it should be handled.

Data collected

The drop RSVP collects email, optional name, optional phone, optional Instagram handle, country, collector profile, interest level, preferred edition, price range, source, preferred alert channel, drop intent, UTM data, marketing consent, channel consent, consent version, and timestamps.

Use of data

Data is used to measure demand, segment the presale drop, send production updates, plan edition details, and notify RSVP members if private access opens. It should not be sold or shared as a marketing list.

Email consent

Waitlist emails should identify the sender, include an unsubscribe mechanism, and preserve consent records for commercial electronic messages.

Deletion requests

A production launch should add a real contact address for access, correction, and deletion requests before public traffic is sent to the site.
